Baden Sports Canada offers a 30-Day Satisfaction Guaranteed Policy
Try it for 30 days and if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return items within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund of the purchase price. The 30-day satisfaction guarantee applies only to items purchased on badencanada.com. We cannot accept returns from items purchased elsewhere. The 30-day satisfaction guarantee policy does not apply to custom or personalized products. If you return items that were part of a promotion, your refund may be reduced. Customers are responsible for shipping and handling on all return orders*. Refunds will be issued in the same form the product was originally purchased. To process a return, please complete the form below.

* As stated above customers are responsible for shipping and handling on all return orders. Baden Sports Canada can, and will, provide a shipping label for a reduced refund and can be requested through their confirmation email or by emailing orders@badensports.com. 

Incorrect or Defective Items
If you received an incorrect item please let us know – we want to make it right! Please complete the return form below to initiate the process. Our claims department will follow-up within 1-2 business days. The correct product will be shipped out once returning product has been scanned and is in transit back to Baden Sports Canada.

In order to process a return please see the steps below:

1. Please fill out the below return request. A Return Authorization Form (RA) will be provided to you.
2. Once you receive the RA, ship the product and original Proof of Purchase/Order Number with the Return Authorization Form.
3. Please make sure the RA# is clearly marked on the outside of your package. Postage and all shipping (and insurance costs, if desired) shall be paid by the customer. Shipping instructions will be sent along with the Return Authorization Form.
4. Once Baden receives the product and processes your claim, a refund will be issued. Please allow up to 30 business days to fully process your return payment.
