COVID-19 UPDATE

In the wake of the COVID-19 virus, our highest priority is to do our part to help ensure the health and safety of our employees and customers.

We continue to ship product at badensportscanada.com and our customer service team is here and ready to assist you with your needs. Please be mindful and expect shipping delays as we have implemented a social distancing plan as a precaution for the teams in our warehouse and distribution center which will temporarily slow how fast we can process orders. Thank you in advance for your understanding. 

    • All Personalized Products will take an additional 2-3 weeks. If you have further questions about personalized products and shipping time frames, please email orders@badencanada.com.  

We remain committed to building community through sports, but at this time that needs to start with ensuring the health and safety our community - both our employees and dedicated customers.

SHIPPING POLICY 

Shipping and handling charges will be added at time of checkout. 

Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. Our business days are Monday - Friday. 

When the order has shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to your email address provided.

For shipping purposes, some products may ship deflated.

Shipping rates are subject to dimensional weight.

PROMOTION POLICY

Promotions are only valid during the specified dates on badensportscanada.com only. Promotions are not valid with any other discounts or promotions. Each promotion only applies to the specified product or products. Promotion is not retroactive and doesn't apply to previous purchases. Baden Sports Canada reserves the right to alter or change promotions at any time.
